The Villa exceeded all my expectations! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house had so much space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The antique decor added a touch of charm and the log fireplace kept us warm and cozy. I loved the toy box for my granddaughter and the host, Tina, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Such a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa in Oamaru. the property was well looked after and had everything we needed for our family. the extra touch of the toy boxes was a hit with our kids. the owners were accessible and very helpful throughout our stay. the house was cozy and warm, especially with the wood burner that was lit for us. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also a bonus that the property was located just doors away from a fantastic playground at Fenwick Primary School. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore all that Oamaru has to offer.
It was all superb! 👌

What a wonderful few nights we had in this lovely part of NZ! The spacious and characterful house welcomed us with open arms. The log burner in the large lounge/dining room/kitchen area kept us toasty warm on chilly winter days, and the ample supply of wood made it even cozier. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the comfortable bedrooms provided a restful night's sleep. The house's location was perfect, within easy reach of the town center. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and would highly recommend it to others.
While the bathroom wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the property, it was still functional. The timer on the heater in the bathroom, although understandable, was a bit challenging during winter, especially with little kids using the bathroom.

Our stay at The Villa was absolutely delightful. We were warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful owners who had already lit a cozy fire for us. The house was filled with character and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a hot shower with good pressure. The location was convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The owners even provided toys for the kids, which they loved. Communication with the owner was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the Victorian precinct and cafes and restaurants on the main street. the villa is spacious and well, appointed, with comfortable beds and a well, equipped kitchen. the off, street parking and front garden add to the pleasant atmosphere.
The TV and heat pump were in poor condition, with the TV having a low picture quality and frequent battery issues, while the heat pump was not functioning properly.

Loved having the terrace and patio to unwind and soak up the sun, like a true lady of leisure. The towels were plentiful and fluffy, just what a posh lady like me needs.
Absolutely nothing to complain about, darling. Everything was positively impeccable.

Loved the terrace and patio, perfect for sipping my glass of champagne. Richard Pearse Airport is such a convenient location, I practically rolled out of bed and onto the plane.
Towels were available, but I had to dry myself with the air from the nearest beach.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty and charm of this Victorian home. The antique furniture and tasteful fittings added a touch of elegance to our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the abundance of soft white towels made us feel so pampered. We loved the thoughtful little touches, from the cozy fire to the scented candles and quality bathroom products. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the beautiful crockery added a pop of color to our meals. The location was great, with the historic precinct just a short walk away. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of the hosts, who were easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. Despite a few minor hiccups, like the on-and-off WiFi and the lack of a walk-in shower, our overall experience at The Villa was outstanding. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area. we will definitely be back!

Absolutely lovely place to stay - very clean, excellent facilities including a large well provisioned kitchen, very good beds and bed linen, warm with heat pump and wood burner. Very close to town. Very spacious with great dining/lounge area and beautifully presented with art and furniture complementing the home. Excellent host. Thank you Tina - would love to come back to stay when next in the area. Definately 10 out of 10.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints at all.
